Parrot Polish vol.2

Hello my friends, I finally got rid of that annoying cold so I'm back with second part of my Parrot Polish swatches =))

In the first post I have show you more of a cold toned, blue/silver/green polishes in this one I'll show you 3 warm toned, perfect fall colors from their standard range!
If you've missed the first part, heres the LINK!

I'm gonna start with the lightest and finish up with the darkest from the 3!

So first I've got GOLD SILK - beautiful yellow polish with strong gold shimmer! It's so silky, extremely easy to apply, 2 coats for full opacity!
I think I didn't mention this before but I love the brushes that these polishes have. The size is great and it makes application supper easy.

BRONZE FIRE - is a bronze holographic topper that I found works best over dark polishes (black especially). I did try it on white first but I wasn't completely satisfied how it came out.
I'll show you both versions  bellow so you can tell me witch one you like better!
I've used 2 coats over base color. Formula is good, easy to apply!

OVER WHITE in the shadow

over black, in the sun

COOPER TWIST is gorgeous holographic brown color opaque in just 1 COAT!! It has amazing holo shine in the sun and intense lightning, formula is good, a bit tick but application is still quite easy! This one is my favorite from the 3 ..Love it

Overall, I love all 6 polishes I've showed you. The colors are gorgeous and the formulas are great. I highly recommend them to you.
Parrot polish has FREE SHIPPING for all orders now, that's great deal .. I even manage to pass my obsession to my friend that already bought 5 lol !!

Parrot Polish vol.1 (swatches and reviews)

Hello guys, hope you're doing good. I catch a cold :/ so I'm not feeling so good but not so bad, I can still write a post =)

Two days ago I received some polishes from my favorite Indie polish brand Parrot Polish. I already swatched some of the polishes from their neon collection and I talked about the brand there so I wont repeat myself now.. you can find that post HERE

The polishes I'll be showing you today are from their regular line and they offer FREE USA shipping!! They're all 5-free and high quality!

Ps I didn't use any top coat on the photos bellow ( just so you know)

EMERALD SAND - is the most gorgeous sea green holographic polish with a hint of gold and silver! This one is a one coater!! oh yes you only need one coat to reach full opacity! Formula is great and application's easy. Absolutely gorgeous when the sun hits it *.*

shadow

BLUE MACAW - is a gorgeous blue shimmery polish with a golden twist in the sun , in the shadow it has sort of a duochrome effect. I'm so in love with this color <3 . The formula was a bit sheer on a first coat but the second one evened things out. Although you can get out with just 2 coats I did 3 just to see a difference  (it's not big).

SILVER DAKOTA -  is a dark silver color with a hint of blue. It has gorgeous holographic shimmer that pops out in the sun! The formula was a bit tricky on first coat but the second one evened things out! I used 2 coats for the photos bellow

Overall, I love this polishes, all tree colors are absolutely stunning and their formulas are great!
They retails for 11$ and you can get them HERE
You can also find Parrot Polish on Facebook if you want to know more about them!!

I hope you liked todays post ,
till the next time xoxo

Neons by Parrot Polish

Hello my friends I'm so happy to present you my favorite neon polishes.

Not so long ago I came across to a quite new Indie Polish brand - Parrot  Polish and fell in love with their neons.
I've been in search for true neons all spring and summer  and only one that I could find in a range of cca 100 km from my house was the O.P.I neons that wasn't really neons :/ Finding them online was difficult to. It seems that it's hard to do true neon polish...
But not for the brand I'll introduce you to now =)

Parrot Polish was founded earlier this year by a family of polish enthusiastic the Abshire's. It's a 5 FREE brand carefully developed,  packed and handmade by the owners.. although they're quite young in this polish world they did an amazing job with their range of polishes and quality.  I invite you all to come and check out their site so you can see for yourself all the amazing colors and unique polishes... LINK!

I have 3 polishes from their summer 2014 neon collection to show you today ...

First one is called Hot Lips and it's a hot,  vibrant, neon pink!
I couldn't capture all his glory on camera :/ it's more neon in person. This one is the most opaque from the 3, I've used only one coat over white.

Second one is an absolute mind blower that has easily become my all time favorite polish.
It's called Mr Yuk and it's an amazing neon green.
I've used 2 coats over white base to get this amazing effect.
The color is truly gorgeous and I've never seen anything like that before.. so vibrant

Last but not the least is Blaze ,neon orange. It was really hard to capture this one to.. it's more vibrant in person. I've used 2 coats over white in the photos bellow..

All the polishes got jellylike formula and the application is really easy and smooth. They do have to be layered over white base for the neon effect!
Overall I really like all of these but my absolute favorite is Mr Yuk ..its just so stunning!

Polishes retail for 11$ and they offer free USA shipping at this point , so take advantage of that if you can !

You can also find Parrot Polish on Facebook and Instagram =)

happy polishing, till the next time xoxo

Oh wow! by Let it glitter!

Hello my nail lover friends =) how are you today?
I passed the most difficult exam I had left yesterday so I'm really, really happy :D I have only one till the end and that makes everything even better..

Let's get down to what I'll be showing you today... It's a gorgeous glitter bomb by Let it glitter!
Let it glitter is a handmade nail polish brand run by Suzanne, nail artist and blogger herself =)
After some time doing nail art and running a successful blog she decided to try herself in making polishes.
She based her brand on some of the most unique and colorful glitter combinations.
The polish that I have to show you is called Oh Wow! =) The name really justifies the looks because the only thing you think of when you see this gorgeous glitter combo is - Oh wow =)

This glitter nail polish is a part of the "Pink and Teal" collection and it contains bigger fuchsia (hot pink) and smaller white and teal hexagonal glitters. I love this combination I think it would look great over any color especially the pastels.
I decided to pair it with a baby pink (pastel pink) polish from O.P.I called Pink-ing of You (awww) and these are the results

I love this polish its so wearable,  fun and vibrant. the formula is good, application is pretty much as for all the other glitter polishes (you have to dab a little to place them where you want).
I think I'm gonna wear it a lot this summer =)

You can fin Let it glitter! on Etsy, facebook and of course on her blog =)

Hope you've enjoyed todays post, don't forget  to follow me on

till the next time xoxo

Polish Alcoholic : swatch and review

Hi guys! Hope you had a great weekend and even better beginning of the week. Mine was great, the best Monday I had in a while... Today I received a package with 3 polishes from one of the kindest nail polish makers Sabrina, the owner of Polish Alcoholic. She's an European Indie polish maker that make one of the most gorgeous and unique lacquers =)  Sabrina sells everything from glitters to holos to thermals, cremes even glow in the dark polishes!

She packed each polish individually in this super cute purple and pink wrapping paper awww ..they look adorable don't they =)

Now let me show you what was inside the paper ...

On the picture are Luctor et Emergo; Intergalactic Dust and Tangerine on Fire

LUCTOR ET EMERGO that I found meens "I struggle/wrestle/ and I emerge/win/" on Latin .. I love that name .. came out as a part of the Autumn 2013 collection with 11 other gorgeous colors. Unfortunately for those who don't have this one jet it's DISCONTINUED =(
It's a purple/eggplant simmer with a pink undertone and green glitters. Very interesting and brave combination. I first taught I won't really like this one but once I swatched it I feel in love.. It looks great on nails and it was really hard for me to capture it's beauty on camera. The formula is good I used 2 coats for the photos below..

TANGERINE ON FIRE hehe funny name =) love it lol.. This  is a bright orange color with ultra fine copper shimmer that dries to a satin (semi matte) finish . It came out as a part of Spring/Summer 2014 collection. The formula is great , full opacity with just 2 coats and it dries really fast!! Photos are 2 coats with no top coat..

I have layered INTERGALACTIC DUST over TANGERINE ON FIRE =))

INTERGALACTIC DUST another great and innovative name in my opinion =) This one is a holographic top coat made with super concentrated Spectraflair that has the most amazing shine when the light hits it!! This polish is part of the “Out of Space collection” .
It will look absolutely great over any other creme polish but also to do a french manicure =) Witch I'll be doing soon ;)
The formula is great you get the holo effect with only one coat and it dries very quickly =))

This is 2 coats on it's own

Overall I really like all of these polishes, I never own any polish that has satin finish so I'm really happy that I have one of those in my collection now and also intergalactic dust is my first holo polish and I'm trilled =)))

You can find Polish Alcoholic lacquers for sale on Etsy. Sabrina’s polishes are all 5-free, 10 mL and priced between €7.50 and €9.50 a bottle and she ships worldwide! You can also find her on Twitter, InstagramFacebook, Pinterest and of course, make sure to check out Sabrina’s awesome blog polishalcoholic.com! The Polish Alcoholic nail lacquers are definitely worth checking out so I hope you’ll take a look!
She have a special offer this entire month which means that everyone who buys 2 or more polishes will get one bottle of cuticle oil of their choice for free! Isn't that great?!

At the end I wanna say a BIG thank you to Sabrina that sent me this beauties <3 :*

so do you have a favourite?? let me know in the comments ..

Paint Shop Polish: Vampire Diaries collection

Hi guys hope your having a great day! =) Mine certainly is.
Today I finally received a 3 mini polishes from Paint Shop Polish to swatch and review =).. Couple months ago Candi from PSP searched the bloggers who will be up to review their upcoming Vampire diaries inspired collection. I was one of the girls chosen for the job =) .. You can only imagine my happiness at that point =)))
So I waited for quite some time for these polishes to finally arrive,  but it was worth it.

The entire collection is 12 polishes in total, one of them is white pearly creme, 3 jelly polishes with glitters and the rest (8) are glitter toppers =)
This collection is full of some fun and versatile glitters that will look good over pretty much anything!
It's limited edition so if you're interested in any of the polishes don't wait too long!!
you can check entire collection here : PSP Vampire diaries collection

Candi was so good that she send a code for 10 % off from https://www.etsy.com/shop/PaintShopPolish?ref=l2-shopheader-name for you : PSP10

The ones that I got are all glitter topcoats.

so lets get started ...

STEFAN is a glitter topcoat jam packed with blue and holo black glitters in various shapes and sizes. Inspired by Stefan Salvatore from The Vampire Diaries.
The application is easy and smooth, there no rough edges on the glitters so you don't have to use any kind of additional top coat.
The picture bellow are 2 thin coats over Essie's Blank.

DAMON is a glitter topcoat jam packed with purple and black holographic glitters in various shapes and sizes. Purple skull and crossbones are added, giving this polish a punk flare. Inspired by Damon Salvatore from The Vampire Diaries.
The application , like for the previous one, is easy and smooth, there's no rough edges on the glitters so you don't have to use any kind of additional top coat.
The picture bellow are 2 thin coats over O.P.I - A grape fit! and Essie's - Liliacism

HUNTER is a red glitter topcoat with red skull and crossbones. Inspired by The Five vampire hunters from The Vampire Diaries. The formula is perfect, this one is the most opaque out of tree.. The applications was smooth as for the previous ones. The only problem I had was the skulls and the crossbones that was really hard for me to pick up. But I didn't find that to be a big problem. The photos are 2 coats

Overall I really like all the 3 polishes , If I had to choose only one that would be STEFAN.
Also I found HUNTER to be perfect for the Christmas time =)

Oh I almost forgot the most important thing in my point of view : The REMOVAL!!!
I don't know how PSP did it but the formula is perfect!! I took it off as easy as I take of any regular creme polish. Without scratching, soaking in acetone or wrapping with the aluminum foil ... Finally someone made the perfect glitter polish =) Thank you Candi for that <3

All of the PSP polishes are hand made. CRUELTY FREE. Dibutyl Phthalate (DBP), Formaldehyde & Toluene FREE.  Also shipped worldwide =)
Don't forget that this is limited edition

I hope you enjoyed this review as much as I did ..

till the next time xoxo
