Milky Way Collection by Parrot Polish

Hello guys , hope you're doing great!

Recently I received the whole new collection from Parrot Polish to review so I'll be showing you that today =)

As you can see from the post title the collection is called Milky Way and it's limited edition. It consist of 9 polishes most of which can be used on their own or as toppers!

Nedavno sam dobila novu kolekciju Parrot Polish lakova na recenziju pa ću ju danas podijeliti i sa vama =)

Kao što možete vidjeti iz naslova posta kolekcija se zove Milky Way (mliječna staza) i limitirana je. Sastoji se od 9 lakova od kojih se većina može koristit kao lak ali i kao nadlak!

 First I'll show you 3 of my favorites. These have a formula that is bit different from the rest of the collection. They consist of different colors duo chrome micro flakies and they're just gorgeous =D

Najprije ću vam pokazati moja 3 favorita. Njihova je formula nešto drugačija od ostatka kolekcije. Sastoje se od micro flakiesa različitih boja i predivni su =D

ESSENCE - has purple, pink and aquamarine flakies in transparent base. Purple ones prevail.

 I used 1 coat over black for the photos.  

It's just gorgeous and it shift colors depending on the position of your nail and lightning <3 

ESSENCE - sadrži ljubičaste, roze i svijetlo plave flakije u bezbojnoj bazi. Ljubičaste prevladavaju. Ja sam stavila jedan sloj preko crnog laka.

Predivan je i mijenja boju ovisno o poziciji ruke i osvjetljenju <3 

MOON SPELL - this one has more light blue/aquamarine flakies but also purple and pink ones. I also used one coat over black =)

MOON SPELL - ovaj ima više svijetlo plavih šljokica ali i ljubičastih i nešto rozih.

Isto sam koristila jedan sloj iznad crnog laka =) 

SUN GOD - is a flakie topper that shifts from gold to green. I used one coat over black. This one has that lizardy feeling to me lol 

SUN GOD - flejki toper koji ide od zlatne do zelene boje. Koristila sam jedan sloj iznad crnog. 

Ovaj ima onaj gušterasti efekt lol 

 

 

The rest of the collection has different formula, sorta milky lol with different pearlescent shine. I did all of them over black (one coat) except of earth life. Black makes the colors pop a little. 

But if you want soft, milky, pearlescent look than they can be put on their own. 

They reach full opacity in 2-3 coats if put allone 

 Ostatak kolekcije ima drukčiju formulu, nekako mliječnu =) sa raznobojnim perla efektima.

Ja sam sve nanijela preko crnog laka osim earth life jer nekako crna boja pojača perla efekt.

Ali ako preferirate blagi, mliječni, perla efekt onda ih moćete i same koristiti (bez crne baze).

Potpuno pokrivaju sa 2 do 3 sloja ako se koriste sami!

EARTH LIFE - the only one I used without black base. It's really soft milky polish with green/gold  pearlescent effect. These are 3 coats.

EARTH LIFE - je jedini kojeg sam koristila bez baze. Nježan mliječni lak sa zeleno/zlatnim perla efektom. Ovo su 3 sloja.

 

PLANET "P" - is a silver topper that shifts to blue. It sorta has a chrome effect. I used 2 coat over black for the photos.

PLANET "P" - je srebrni toper koji se malo presijava na plavo. Nekako ima krom efekt. Ovo su 2 sloja iznad crnog. 

 VENUS D' MILO - this on shifts from silver to purple to even greenish blue lol

VENUS D' MILO - ovaj se presijava sa srebrnog na ljubičato čak i zelenkasto plavo lol

 

JUPITER MOON - has a green pearlescent effect with blue shift. This is one coat over black.

JUPITER MOON - ima zeleni perla efekt koji se malo presijava na plavo. Ovo je jedan sloj iznad crnog.

MARS VACATION - bronze, red toned topper. I put two coats over black on my index and middle finger and one coat on my ring finger and pinky. I have to say I prefer the look that one coat gives!

MARS VACATION - brončano crveni nadlak. Koristila sam 2 sloja na kažiprstu i srednjaku te jedan sloj na  prstenjaku i malom prstu. Moram reći sa mi se više sviđa samo jedan sloj iznad crnog laka.

Last but not the least - NEPTUNE SEA - gorgeous blue topper. This is one coat over black.

I šlag na kraju - NEPTUNE SEA - predivni plavi nadlak. Ovo je jedan sloj iznad crnog.

Nail Art Water Decals DLS - 193 from Born Pretty Store

Hello my nail lovers =)

Today I'll show you Nail Art Water Decals DLS - 193 from Born Pretty Store!

Pozdrav moji noktoljupci =)

Danas ću vam pokazati vodene naljepnice  DLS - 193 sa Born Pretty Store-a !

These decals comes in one sheet (as seen on the photo above) so you have to cut them on the size that fits the nail! But that really isn't a problem!

Ove naljepnice dolaze ovako cijele na jednom papiru ( kao na slici gore) pa ih se treba izrezati na veličinu nokta! Ali to i nije neki problem!

HOW TO USE / KAKO KORISTITI:

You cut the shape and dip it into the water for approximately 20 sec.

Then you remove white paper background and  place the image onto the nail!

I found out that they work the best if you dry them a little with a paper towel before you place them onto the nail. 

After that you have to press and keep pressing for like 15-30 sec before they're stucked onto the nail.

They are really easy to apply!

Izreže se naljepnica i stavi u vodu na cca 20 sekundi.

Zatim se izvadi iz vode i makne bijela podloga te se naljepnica stavi na nokat!

Otkrila sam da najbolje funkcioniraju ako se malo posuše sa papirnatom maramicom, prije nego se stave na nokat.

Nakon toga naljepnicu treba pritisnuti ( na noktu) i držati tako 15-30 sek sve dok se ne zalijepi. 

Jako se lako nanesu!

 

For the base I used the best white nail polish that I've tried so far - My Boyfriend Scales Walls by O.P.I.

The color is actually off white, with the grey undertone, but it's not very noticeable on the nails!

The formula is amazing, fully opaque in 2 coats!!

Although it's not in their normal range, you can still find it on eBay (I did)!

Kao bazu sam koristila najbolji bijeli lak koji sam do sada probala - My Boyfriend Scales Walls od O.P.I.

Boja je zapravo nekako off bijela, sa sivim podtonom, ali to se ne primjeti jako na noktima!

Formula je odlična, potpuno pokriva sa 2 sloja!!

Iako nije u sastavu njihove standardne linije može se lako naći na eBayu ( ja sam ga tamo kupila) !

MoYou Nails plate 101 + stamping polish by BPS

Hello nail lovers =) How are you doing?

Today I'll show you plate 101 from MoYou Nails and what I did with it! 

Pozdrav noktoljupci, kako ide?

Danas ću vam pokazati pločicu za pečatiranje broj 101 od MoYou Nails i što sam sa njom napravila!

 

This is how the plate looks (image is from google).. For me the images are super cute =)

Ovako pločica izgleda ( slika je sa googlea).. Meni su dezeni baš slatki =)

 

 For the base I've used Hrvatska Ljubav by Parrot Polish (review)

Kao bazu sam koristila Hrvatska Ljubav od Parrot Polish-a (recenzija)

 

 

As you can see I did one design with owls using white stamping polish from Essence.
Second design is with these funny eyes xD

Kao što možete vidjeti napravila sam jednu manikuru sa sovicama koristeći bijeli lak za pečatiranje od Essence-a.
Drugu sam napravila sa ovim smiješnim očima xD

For the base I used (S)Wimbledon by Catrice. Gorgeous sorta like a neon mint polish <3

 

Kao bazu sam koristila  (S)Wimbledon od Catrice-a. Predivni nekako neonski mint lak <3

For this one I used black stamping polish from BPS.
It retails for 2,93$ at the moment (it was 4,19$) and here is the direct LINK!
This polish has quite tick consistency but I could live with that. The thing that bothers me  is that no mater how long I wait before applying top coat it always smudges this polish.
You can always see some small stripes - frustrating.
I know it's not the problem in my top coat bc I use the same one all the time.
So overall I wouldn't recommend it to you!

Za ovaj sam dizajn koristila crni lak za pečatiranje od BPS-a.
Trenutno košta 2,93$ (bio je 4,19$) i evo direktnog linka ako vas zanima!
Sam lak je dosta gust, ali s tim bih i mogla živjet. Ono što me smeta kod njega je da bez obzira koliko dugo čekam prije nego nanesem top coat , uvijek se raspacka.
Male crne crtice su vidljive kad god nanesem top coat - frustrirajuće.
Znam da problem nije u mom top coatu jer uvijek koristim istoga.
Tako da vam ga nebi baš preporučila!

Pink Roses Water Decals from BPS

Hello my nail lovers =)

After a really rough weak for me, I finally manage to write this review that I supposed to do weeks ago!

Today I'll show you how to use a floral water nail wrap from Born Pretty Store!

Nakon teškog tjedna, konačno sam uspijela napisati ovu recenziju koju sam trebala već pred par tjedana!

Pokazati ću vam kako koristiti ove cvjetne vodene naljepnice sa Born Pretty Store-a !

 

These gorgeous pink roses nail wraps are made to fit the nail. 

There are 12 different sizes so you pick the one that you think it's right for certain nail plus you get a little nail file =)

Ove divne naljepnice sa uzorkom rozih ruža su napravljene da pokriju cijeli nokat. 

 Ima 12 veličina pa treba izabrati onu koja najbolje odgovara određenom noktu i još se dobije mala rašpica =)

 

HOW TO USE / KAKO KORISTITI:

You cut the shape and dip it into the water for approximately 20 sec.

Then you remove white paper background and  place the image onto the nail!

I found out that they work the best if you dry them a little with a paper towel before you place them onto the nail. 

After that you have to press and keep pressing for like 30-60 sec before they're stucked onto the nail and then file of the rest ( this is when the little file comes handy).

Izreže se naljepnica i stavi u vodu na cca 20 sekundi.

Zatim se izvadi iz vode i makne bijela podloga te se naljepnica stavi na nokat!

Otkrila sam da najbolje funkcioniraju ako se malo posuše sa papirnatom maramicom, prije nego se stave na nokat.

Nakon toga naljepnicu treba pritisnuti ( na noktu) i držati tako 30-60 sek sve dok se ne zalijepi. 

Višak se izrašpa ( zbog toga se dobije i rašpica).

 

 I painted my ring and middle finger with one coat of regular transparent base coat!

For the other nails I used HYACINTH by Paint Shop Polish ( REVIEW) and STONES from BPS!

Na nokte na koje sam stavljala naljepnice sam  nanijela samo prozirni bazni lak!

Na ostale sam stavila HYACINTH Paint Shop Polish-a (RECENZIJA) i CIRKONE sa BPS-!

HYACINTH matches perfectly the color on the wraps :D

HYACINTH  se savršeno poklapa sa bojom na naljepnicama :D

 

 So what do you think?
