Essence - 02 Always on my mint

Hi guys, I've finally find the perfect mint color :D yeey
 The polish called Always On My Mint is part of the Essence's Like An Unforgettable Kiss collection available from December 2014. to February 2015.
 I've bought this one in Muller for 16,90 HRK ( about 2.50 - 3 $ ), great price!!

Lak se zove  Always On My Mint  i dio je Essence-ove kolekcije Like An Unforgettable Kiss  koja je dostupna od prosinca 2014. do veljače 2015.
Ja sam ga kupila u Mulleru za 16,90 kuna, super cijena!!

 

  The color is so delicate and pastel and just as I wanted it to be <3 just gorgeous!!
I feel like its white polish with few drops of green <3 <3 
As for the formula, it's not so great. The polish is a bit tick it's also quite uneven on first coat but second one even things out!! 
Although the formula is not great I can pass that since the color is so perfect =))  
I used 2 coats no top coat for the photos!! 

Boja je tako nježna i pastelna i taman kakvu sam cijelo vrijeme htjela <3 predivna!!
Imam osjećaj kao da je to bijeli lak sa par kapi zelene <3 <3
Što se formule tiče, pa ona i nije tako dobra. Lak je pomalo gust i prvi sloj ne prekriva  jednoliko, ali drugi sloj popravi stvar!!
Iako formula nije super meni ta savršena boja nadomjesti stvar  =))
Koristila sam 2 sloja bez top coata na slikama!!

 

 Overall I love this polish I think it's great for spring. If you're into mint colors you have to have this one <3

Sve u svemu, volim ovaj lak i mislim da je odličan za proljeće. Ako se i vama sviđaju minti boje definitivno ga isprobajte <3

Easy handmade Snowman nail art

For this I needed / za to mi je trebalo :

Dotting tool / točkalice 

Svenja's nail vinyls ; for the hearts / za srca 

Burning Embers by Northern Star Polish ; holographic red polish / holografski crveni lak

Gold Fever by Essence ; gold glittery polish /  lak sa zlatnim šljokicama

Alpine Snow by O.P.I ; white cream / bijeli lak

Where Did Suzi's Man-Go? by O.P.I ; orange cream for the nose / narančasti za nos

 Basically the only nail art thing you need to master for this design are the dots, and they're pretty easy to master! You don't even have to have dotting tools, you could use a toothpick or tip of the pen!

 Uglavnom, jedina stvar koju biste trebali usavršiti i znati za ovaj dizajn su točkice, a to je zbilja lako! Ne trebate čak imati niti točkalice, možete koristiti i čačkalice ili vrh kemiske/olovke!

I love how the Burning Embers and Gold Fever shines in the sun or in this case in flashlight =))
And the hearts that gives a little twist to this design!

Obožavam kako se Burning Embers i Gold Fever presijavaju na suncu ili u ovom slučaju pod bljeskalicom =))
I srca koja daju onako fora obrat ovom dizajnu!

Santa nail art using water decals

Hello my nail art lovers :D , how are you today? Any snow in your countries? 

Yesterday I made another easy Christmas / Santa nail art that doesn't request any special nail art skills.

Jučer sam napravila još jedan Božićno/zimski dizajn za kojeg vam ne trebaju nikakve posebne vještine, jako je jednostavan za napravit!

Of course it's a red - green combination, what else :D and it glows in the dark!!

Naravno, kombinacija je crveno - zelena, a ča drugo :D i svijetli u mrakuuuu!

What did I use / Što sam koristila:

 I love this polishes that glows in the dark, so amazing!!

Obožavam  ove lakove koji svijetle u mraku, zakon su!!

  

I've got this water decals from Born Pretty Store to review, and I can honestly say they're the best ones I've tried so far. I believe that's because they're made on a thin transparent foil that when applied on the nail stick perfectly and the edge of the decal is not even visible (you can see on the photo bellow). 

I've tried few different  water decals brands but they were all made on ticker foil and you have to press them hard, for like a minute or so, before it's applied on the nail and the line remains visible even after applying top coat (sometimes even 2 coats)!

Dobila sam ove naljepnice od  Born Pretty Store za recenziju, i mogu iskreno reći da su najbolje naljepnice koje sam do sada probala. Vjerujem da je to zbog toga što su rađene na tankoj prozirnoj foliji koja se, kada se aplicira na nokat savršeno zalijepi i rub naljepnice postaje skroz nevidljiv ( to se vidi i na slici ispod).

Probala sam nekoliko naljepnica i od drugih brendova ali sve su bile rađene na debljim folijama koje je trebalo stisnuti i držati tako cca minutu da bi se zalijepile za nokat i svejedno je rub ostao vidljiv pa čak i nakon top coata ( nekad i 2 sloja)!

Stamping plate QA19 review and nail art / Pločica za pečatiranje QA19, recenzija i nail art

Today I'll share with you a review of a Christmas  themed stamping plate that I've got from Born Pretty Store!

Danas ću podijeliti sa vama recenziju pločice za pečatiranje Božićne tematike, koju sam dobila sa Born Pretty Store-a!  

 

As you can see on the photo above, it has pretty much every design or image that's been usually done in this time of the year on our nails :D 

 Quality is great, I don't know if you ever tried any of the BPS plates but in my opinion they're in range with the MoYou London ones with much more acceptable price!

This one is on sale now and it retails for only 0,99$, it was $2,99 before!

Odlične je kvalitete, ne znam ako ste ikad probali neku od pločica sa BPS-a ali po mome mišljenju one su u rangu sa onima od MoYou London ali sa puno prihvatljivijom cijenom!

my ultimate CONCEALER review

Hi guys, finally one make-up post =) I've been planing to do this one for months but the nails keep come in the way lol

Today I'm gonna share with you all the concealers I've ever used and my opinion on them!
The reason I decided to do this post is the fact that the concealer is the only make-up product that I use all the time! I don't even use a mascara as much lol

I'll sort them chronologically from my first one ever to the brand new one!

My fist concealer  was Cover stick by Essence! I don't even have the packaging anymore but I did find one picture on google just so you know what I'm talking about!
I believe I used shade 01 matt sand and I remember I loved it! It covered my teen imperfections very well and it lasted for ages (5 ML) :) . I think essence reformulated this product so I didn't have time to repurchased it

  After this one I purchased another one from Essence, since I had a good experience with them. But this time I bought Stay Natural liquid concealer in shade 03 SOFT NUDE.
It has an application brush and you supposed to twist the end of the packaging to dispense the product, very convenient! The coverage was good but I wasn't very happy with it. It contains only 1.5 ml of product and by the end of the tube it started to get watery and weird :/
It lasted for few months only and the worst thing is that you can see when the product is getting low so you just ran out of it :/ Obviously I didn't repurchased this one!

When I still got this Stay natural concealer I bought something different but with a same purpose from the brand called Catrice! It's a CAMOUFLAGE CREAM in shade 010 Ivory!
It has great coverage, it's quite tick but also creamy so it's quite easy to apply! This one is intended to cover imperfections not so much the dark under eye circles because it can dry them out. But if you hydrate them well you don't have to worry. The problem I have with this one is the shade I've picked :/ it seems to be a bit to light when I'm just try to cover a pimple. So I used it only when I apply my foundation, and also as a eyeshadow base - it's great for that too =)

The one that I bought most recently is my favorite of all =) Bourjois HEALTHY MIX concealer in shade 52 medium radiance!
This one is the most expensive of all and I was a bit scared when I was buying it because I didn't know if I would like it, since my last 2 where mistakes  :/
But I love it =))) I has a great coverage so easy to apply and it's good for both under eye area as for the imperfections!
Since I liked this one a lot I decided to make a whole review just about him in the future =) (what a privilege lol)

Essence BEACH CRUISERS -swatch, review and NAIL ART =)

Hy guys it's Friday yeeey =))) I had very busy week so I couldn't wait for the end of it to come, so I can get some rest lol

today I have a review of the new essence summer "the sparkling sand" collection to show you!

The collection is called Beach cruisers and it contains 4 sparkling sands in colors
01 I <3 summer break - red liquid sand with gold shimmer to it
02 girls just wanna have SUN! (lol) - light peachy color with golden shimmer
03 keep calm and go to the beach! - turquoise/teal/mermaid color with gold shimmer
04 life is a beach - is the color of the beach sand with a golden shimmer

Since I have a liquid sand from another brand that's quite similar to  02 girls just wanna have SUN! I didn't buy it! But the color is really pretty and if you don't own anything similar I would highly recommend it! As for the 01 I <3 summer break and 04 life is a beach I find that color quite boring for summer and I think they don't really compliment a lighter skin tone so I didn't wanted to spend money on them also! 

So the one that I purchased is  03 keep calm and go to the beach! this is my absolute favorite in this collection. The color is so pretty and fun for this time of year..

so let's get to the swatches 

 

 

 

 I put 2 coats without top coat for the photos! the formula is great, as you can see is fully opaque in 2 coats. Dries quite fast with sandy finish and the removing is easy as well. It lasted 5 days on my nails,  without chipping , and that's great for my nails. 

I love this color and the hint of shimmer that really pops when the sun hit's it!

 and now a little nail art that I did using this polish

Both very easy to do

 

 

OVERALL : I find this collection to be quite boring for the summer ( except the polish that I show you). It would be better if they have chosen brighter and more fun-summer appropriate colors because the formula is great. So I'm a bit sad about that , but that's just my opinion and maybe you'll found the other colors interesting and suitable for you so don't hesitate to try them if you like them =)!
